[Feature request] Option to select RAW microphone input

Feature description

An option in the settings to select the microphone mode, for example with options like in fossify recorder : "System default, RAW" etc (the most important being raw, to avoid excessive compression like it's happening on pixel phones).

Why do you want this feature?

I want this feature because it's impossible to find an open source camera app that allows to set the microphone to raw input (or untreated). I use it to record music. Oftentimes, on my pixel 8a, the music i record is completely distorted due to compression and limitation. I really liked to have this option on fossify recorder, it's a game changer and it has a very nice dynamic for recording music and loud audio.
