[Bug Report] Error When Remove All Photos On The Device

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Click On The Photos Icon
2.Remove All Photos On Your Device
3.Return To The App Without Close It
4.See The Toast

Expected behavior

I Expected That When I Remove All Photos It Will Show A Dark Photo In Gallary Icon And The Toast Don't Show

Actual behavior

But The Toast Error Its Showing And The Latest Photo In My Device Is Still Showing
