As our handbook suggests, the assistant and expert configurations must be added by manually modifying the docker-compose.yml file.
During the update process, which requires a fresh docker-compose.yml file to be downloaded, this custom configuration is lost.
The goal of this task is to make both the assistant and expert configurations resilient to the update process.
