Ops: Weekly/monthly reporting and contribution evidence #44

Description

@Abiorh001

Parent: #29

Why

The maintainer guide requires weekly reports, monthly reports, visible shipped output, ledger evidence, and public proof of contribution. Workstream contributors need a consistent reporting template tied to GitHub issues and the contribution ledger.

Contributor Context

  • Contributor onboarding context, Sections 5, 8, and 9
  • Weekly report: done, blockers, code shipped, articles/media, research progress, next-week plan
  • Monthly report: cumulative output, measurable contribution, roadmap progress, research update

Scope

  • Create weekly report template for Workstream contributors.
  • Create monthly report template for Workstream contributors.
  • Map report fields to GitHub issue/PR links, ledger entries, demo artifacts, public writing/media, and research progress.
  • Define maintainer review checklist for reports.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Reports make it easy to verify shipped code/docs/pilot/research output.
  • Templates support the current v0.1 continuation rubric: shipping, research maturity, reliability, quality, public contribution.
  • Maintainers can use the template to decide continuation at the checkpoint.

Contributor Fit

Good contributor/maintainer ops task. It improves program discipline and public proof tracking.
