Even after #44 is applied, there are many cases that tinyShield cannot block Ad-Shield's placeholders (CSS selector: div[class^="img_"]).
The behavior occurred because tinyShield userscript is injected into the webpage after initialization of Ad-Shield advertisement slots before Ad-Shield's timer-based (setTimeout or setInterval) usage.
The injection delay is caused due to the large number of @match entries in the userscript's metadata block, lack of UserScripts API and effectively meaningless processing about document_start of WebExtension run_at property of Safari for the such userscript.
I may attempt some mitigations, but this is fundamentally limited by Safari/WebKit behavior. Therefore, it may not be fully mitigatable.

@mi-kann00 What is your device type? If it is a iOS device, it is expected as I mentioned at #38 (comment).
