Issue description

Scrying lens are used expand the casting grid or display information, like a redstone dust signal or an impeti's media or mishap
This does not happen in 1.21 due to them not giving the revelant attributes, making them just fancy monocles
They also cannot be worn in a accesories slot

Steps to reproduce

1. Place an impetus
2. Wear scrying lens
3. See nothing is displayed when looking at it

The revelant attributes are casting grid size and scrying sight

Likely related: clarity (and probably clouding) effects do not work on 1.21 fabric (forge untested)

In fact, saving the world while having clarity seems to crash the game? requires further investigation
