feat: invested capacity bar chart

Add result.plot.capacities() — bar chart of optimized sizes from result.sizes (flows) and result.storage_capacities (storages).

Acceptance: one bar per sized element; flows and storages visually distinguishable.

Trivial — direct over existing Result fields.
