[BUG] Minimize / Maximize / Close Button Highlight Styling

UniGetUI's current minimize / maximize / close button highlights get cut off before reaching the top of the app frame, which looks a bit unfinished.

The close button is also highlighted in white instead of red. Might be an oversight.
