[FEAT] : Add hover color effect to social media icons in the footer

Issue: The social media icons in the footer currently don’t change color when hovered over.

Expected Behavior: When a user hovers over the icons, they should change to a color (e.g., the brand colors of each social platform or any desired color).

Suggested Fix: Add a CSS hover effect to the icons to make them change color when hovered over.

Benefits: Improves user experience and makes the site more interactive and visually appealing.
