Support bnd-testing-maven-plugin executions outside of the Eclipse IDE and plain CLI

Currently Eclipse has great integration with OSGi testing (bnd-testing-maven-plugin) using Bndtools, however the IDE ecosystem is much bigger that just Bndtools.

It would offer a lot of value to be able to directly run and debug OSGi JUnit Tests directly, just like we can with Bndtools in Eclipse

The goal of this task is to provide the following for maven based projects using the bnd-testing-maven-plugin:

1. Launch OSGi integration test suites directly from the IDE without going to the command line
2. Launch OSGi integration test suites in debug mode from the IDE without going to the command line
3. Automatically connect the IDE's debugger to tests being debugged, honouring break points so that the user can use step-by-step debug
4. Launch individual test methods from test classes, either to run or debug them

The purpose of this is to support the execution and validation of OSGi TCK modules, which are being migrated to Maven and bnd-testing-maven-plugin. This means that it applies to #7 as well as #1. It will ensure that implementation authors are able to use the TCK projects in their IDEs.

@juergen-albert - there seems to be general agreement that this is worth doing. I would be able to get Kentyou started on it fairly immediately. What are the remaining details/processes needed? We could time-box it at 5 days of effort and are happy to contribute it to the osgi technology project using EPLv2.
