There could be two versions of each review template, one with a parent folder, and another without a folder.
If there are no reviews of a certain kind, then the control would show the button that creates the folder.
If the folder exists, the control would show the button to create the reviews under the existing folder.
Alternatively, there could be a separate template for creating the folder, and we could use a report that generates an action macro that creates the folder if it does not exist yet.
