[Xamarin forms] Plugin not work in Visual studio for Mac

Hi, I'm creating a multiplatform App that uses MultilingualPlugin, when installing the plugin in the shared project doesn't create the folder Helper with the file TranslateExtension.txt and when adding a new file .resx here doesn't create a file designer.cs.

Version of VS: 7.6.11
Version of Xamarin: 3.3.0.967583

I confirm, no 'helpers' folder on my side too.
But you can create it yourselves ;)
