Probably this is a noob problem but I have a problem because the list of devices is empty - I have an LG TV with WebOS SmartTV and it is detected by other applications for remote control but not by my application. I added all the permissions in AndroidManifest.
The TV Model is LG 65sm8600pla - connected to the same WiFi Network as my phone.
