Hi, you need to install net6 as stated in the readme file which should be in the same folder as oculus downgrader

Oh my bad, apparently I had forgotten to add the readme when automating releases. You can grat the .NET Runtime from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0

After installing it you should be able to launch Oculus Downgrader
