Instructions in readme don't work.

Hi. Very excited for v2 here, but currently can't figure out what to download and how to compile.
I got the v1 from the releases. There is no v2 release.
The README.md links to https://github.com/ColorfulSoft/DeOldify.NET/releases/download which resolves to a 404.
I'm on windows.

Nevermind. I figured it out. The only way to get it to work for V2 is to compile on my machine. Gotcha.

I saw a warning for

warning CS1607: Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices.dll' targets a different processor
warning CS1607: Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly 'System.Transactions.dll' targets a different processor
warning CS1607: Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly 'System.Web.dll' targets a different processor
warning CS1607: Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly 'mscorlib.dll' targets a different processor

But the program worked ok.

I'll keep this issue open to check the links in the readme.
