Feature: Allow devices to be added to a maintenance window with option to disable polling during the maint windows

Currently, the maint plugin supports the association of devices to a maintenance window only when Thold is installed. It then suppresses thold alerts only.

This feature request is for adding the ability to associate devices to a maintenance window and also be able to disable polling of associated devices during the maintenance window not to impact the overall polling performance.

This would need to be implemented in some way through cmd.php and spine. I'm guessing you would need to verify that the host can be polled before attempting to poll it. That should probably occur before any SNMP or Uptime checks.
