Fortunately nothing serious, but I thought you should know.
To run in gaming mode (didn't try desktop), add ctr_native to Steam and in the game's properties in Steam, force the use of Steam Linux Runtime 4.0.
If this isn't done the game will fail to start (presumably, SteamOS lacks libraries it requires which are provided only in SLR 4.0).
I would suggest you add something to the README for Deck users as they may not think to try this.
Edit: This would presumably also apply to Steam Machine but I don't have one so I can't test. Would also apply to SteamOS devices in general.
Other issue is a mouse cursor is visible over the game if you touch the touchscreen and it stays there which is annoying (you may wish to make the mouse cursor invisible when the mouse is over the game window, on all platforms, which should resolve this).
Also would be nice to have a 16:10 aspect ratio but that's not a Deck specific issue.
