Problem with WPML

I am using WPML. I have two languages, English and Hebrew. I have created two notification in each language. They are already linked (translated version of the other language).

But if I publish a post it sends emails from both notifications. Let's say I publish a post on the English version. It sends both English and Hebrew notifications.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and activate WPML
2. Create at least two languages
3. Create notifications in both languages, add the post-published trigger
4. Publish a post, it will send two email

Expected behavior

If I publish a post on the English version it should send the notification from the English version not both of them.

Environment

• PHP: 8.
• WordPress: 6.2.2.
• Notification plugin: 8.0.15.
