Add @bitgo/realfi-partner-sdk@2.14.0 under modules/realfi-partner-sdk (Babylon-style) so WP can consume via @bitgo-beta without third-party GitHub Packages. Ships prebuilt dist; private until npm package create; engines relaxed and ignore-engines set for Node 20 CI. TICKET: SI-1292 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
