[SR]: Deployment is failing while turning the trigger on

Context:
The error occurred during an automated GitHub Actions deployment pipeline
(deploy-batch-prod) while restarting 51 ADF triggers following a successful
ARM template deployment. The pipeline stopped/restarted triggers as part of
the deployment process. One or more triggers failed to start with an
InternalServerError from the ADF API.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy ARM template to prod ADF via CI/CD
2. Stop all 51 triggers
3. Apply ARM template changes
4. Attempt to restart triggers — InternalServerError returned

Expected Behavior:
All triggers restart successfully after ARM template deployment.

Actual Behavior:
ADF returns HTTP 500 InternalServerError on trigger start.

Fix the deployment!
