[Bug]微信公众号机器人连接失败

What happened / 发生了什么

在尝试添加微信公众号机器人过程中，在微信开发者平台（已迁移）与AstrBot完成配置后尝试验证时提示错误：verify token fail, 200302

Reproduce / 如何复现？

1.添加微信公众号机器人
2.完成配置消息推送（微信开发者平台）与Astrbot机器人配置
3.点击确定，提示验证失败
