build: New testsuite failures with 3.1.16.0

We are still building with OpenCV 4.x - which could explain that problem, I guess.
But I am a bit puzzled about the OpenEXR problem.

In both cases of the failed tests, these are tests where the test itself has a small C++ program that must be built with cmake, then the resulting executable is run.

The main log only says

#### Error: this command failed:  cmake --build build --config Release >> build.txt 2>&1

but it's really the build.txt file left behind in that build/testsuite/imagebufalgo-opencv directory that will show what the error was. And exactly the same thing for the read-partial-tiles test.

This is probably another case like this test, which we already skip

# cmake-consumer docs-examples-cpp -> currently failing tests as they assume normal cmake search paths will work to find the OIIO devel files in the final location

This was the outcome of our last super long testsuite debug round.

I will also skip those 2 tests just like cmake-consumer for now?

Yes, why don't you skip these two new tests for now, to get yourself unstuck.

The reason it works in our CI is that we set OpenImageIO_ROOT so that this can be found. But the test should be able to figure out it itself. I think that log is enough for me to investigate how to fix it.

just curious. to which value should I set that environment variable? that might unstuck the other 2 tests too.

Thanks for your patience. This is an interesting case of something that's working for us due to the particular way that our CI is set up (and how my local machines are set up, so I wouldn't notice it in my work on the project), but we should be more robust about how the testsuite runs in other environments.

It should be set to the directory where you are installing the build of OpenImageIO.

I will have a patch within minutes, if you want to test that.
