[BUG] Voice Garden UI crashes on loading voice list in Manage Models button

The manage models button appears to freeze the program before crashing it if a significant number of local voices were installed from the list, causing the entire program to hang and crash.

OK I think this is fixed in https://github.com/AACTools/VoiceGarden-SAPI/releases/tag/v0.5.8 - I'll leave this open for you to tell me it isnt!
