Current behavior
When running Claude Code with subagents, the gh plugin prompts a LOT. Every few seconds repeatedly, sometimes (particularly when reviewing PRs). And that's with one session.
This causes a combination of alert fatigue (fingerprint, fingerprint, fingerprint, fingerprint...) and interruptions, as well as preventing fire-and-forget.
I really like the security, and it works quite well; I just want to decrease the prompt frequency.
