Support Chrome 149

Hi,

The last supported Chrome version in wreq 0.12.0 is Emulation.Chrome147. Chrome versions 148 and 149 have been released for some time now.

Any plans to add them soon?

Adding it is straightforward—just submit a PR upstream to wreq-util to update the Chrome 149 user-agent. But I’ve been swamped with other work lately and don’t have time for it right now.
